Dr. Laura Graveling

I was raised in Scotland and in 2006 I graduated with distinction from Edinburgh University’s Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies. I have now been immersed in the world of veterinary medicine for over twenty years and I still get a thrill from coming to work every day.

My husband and I fell in love with the Sunshine Coast when we first visited several years ago. Our goal was then to start a family and move here and I'm so glad that dream became reality.  We brought with us our young son and our grumpy old man cat (he was born a grumpy old man!). Recently our daughter arrived to complete our family with her sweet and sassy presence. 

I am thrilled to be working at such a high quality hospital with such talented and kind colleagues.  Everyone shows such compassion and dedication to ensuring our patients and clients are well cared for, it is such a pleasure to be part of this team.

When not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking, reading and baking.
