I graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and worked 13 years at a busy, small animal practice in Edmonton. I have been on the coast at Sechelt Animal Hospital since June 2015. My Nova Scotian roots brought be back to the water after 25 years in Alberta.
I am an outdoor enthusiast so, when I am not at Sechelt Animal Hospital, you may find me running or hiking my way around the coast. I also have a real love for Africa and I travel to Kenya and Rwanda every year with my sister. I have an agriculture project in Rwanda called “The Udder Project” that helps the local people improve the health of their livestock through education and training in the hopes that they can secure a self-sustaining future.
I have really enjoyed my years at Sechelt Animal Hospital thus far. I work with an amazing group of people and absolutely love the relationships I have, and will continue to foster, with all of my clients and their fur babies.
